I was already a member on the old site. How do I login to the new site?
If you already had an account on the old website, do not try to create a new account. You will login with the same email address you used on the old site. But you will need a new password. Click the “Login” link in the menu and then click the “Lost Password?” link at the bottom of the login form. An email will be sent to you with a link you can use to reset your password. (This is also covered in the Existing-Member-Renew document linked below). The password reset email may be in your spam folder.
The new site asks me to login with a username or email address. What is my username?
If you were a member of the old site, your username is the same as your email address.
I paid my dues on the old website (or in person). How do I confirm my membership?
You can select the “My Account” -> “Membership Account” menu option. You will see your membership expiration date. If the data does not reflect what you expect to see, please use the Contact Us form to get in touch.
I just paid my dues on the new website and it shows my expiration as 3/3/2027 instead of 12/31/2026. Why?
The NFBC annual membership follows the calendar year. So no matter when you purchase your membership, it is good until December 31 of the current year. However, our new member software defaults to a 12 month expiration date (without paying additional software fees). So we have a process where we will update your expiration date to the correct value. This should happen within a few days of the membership purchase. Sorry for any confusion.

I already paid my 2026 dues on the old site. What do I need to do now?
Your membership status from the old site was migrated over. Use the above instructions to reset your password and login. Once you login, you can verify your member status by clicking on the “My Account” -> “Membership Account” menu option. It should show that your membership expires 12-31-2026.
What methods can I use to pay my membership dues?
You can either pay online using the “Join” link and pay via PayPal. Or you can print out the Membership Application Form and mail it in with a check.
Where can I find my Club Number?
Once you login to the website, you can see your Club Number at the top of the “My Account” -> “Membership Account” page or the “My Account” -> “Your Profile” page.

Ride With GPS FAQs
How do I join the NFBC club account on Ride With GPS?
When you sign up for membership on the new site, you will receive a link to join the NFBC club account on Ride With GPS in your confirmation email. For members that registered/renewed for 2026 on the old site, you should have received an emailed link to the Ride With GPS page on 3/10/26. If you did not receive this, please reach out using the “Contact Us” form.
How do I print out a cue sheet from Ride With GPS?
Click on a calendar event from the home page. You will be taken to the event page on Ride With GPS. There you should see one or more routes. Click on the route you are interested in, and click the “Go To Route” button.

Once you click on a route in Ride With GPS, click on the “More” link in the upper left hand corner and select “Print Map & Cue PDF” (see image below). This will take you to a page with formatting options. The default options are usually best. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Submit”. This will download a PDF file to your computer which you can then print out.

I clicked on a ride calendar entry that took me to Ride With GPS. But there was no route added to the event. What do I do?
Not all of the routes have been assigned to the events yet. As we get closer to that date, a route should be posted. However, there are some rides (such as Monday Night South) where a ride leader may not post a route.

General Issues
I tried to reset my password, but I didn’t receive the reset email (not even in Spam folder)?
Although this has only happened to two users, we have a workaround. Please use the Contact Us form to let us know so we can help you.
After I logged in, I clicked on a link and it gave me an error saying I don’t have permission?
This has been reported by a few users using the Chrome browser. Generally, if you clear your browser cache, including cookies, this resolves the issue. Use the Contact Us form to let us know if you are still having a problem.
