Mile 18.1 (S - Lefort) is a bit confusing, a R is called for here which is Lefort that turns into E Creek.

Also, be careful around 24mi, just after Woodchuck Rd before making right onto Hunters Creek the first road joint on the pass over Buffalo Creek seems to be missing the metal beam that crosses the road. It's bunny hop worthy or risk of pinch flats or worse.
