If you had wanted to go to the club banquet Friday night but were unable to, you have a second chance to attend this Tuesday, November 22. Some people who had previously reserved are unable to attend on the new date, which means there are some spots open if you would like to join us. Same time -- 6 p.m. for cocktails, 7 p.m. for dinner -- same place -- Shea's Seneca in South Buffalo -- and same deal -- $35 per person. If you plan on attending the banquet, please make sure that I have your reservation by Monday, November 7th!
Banquet will be held at Shea's Seneca located at 2178 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY 14210 on Friday, November 18, 2022.
Cash bar and hors d'oeuvres will be available at 6PM; dinner will be served at 7PM.
Buffet Dinner includes:
- Classic Mixed Green House Salad
- Melange of Vegetables
- Pasta with Sundried Tomatoes
- Oven Roasted Red Potatoes
- Slow Cooked Pot Roast
- Chicken Marsala
Dinner will be followed by a coffee and tea service and a chef's dessert.
Gluten-Free/Vegan/Vegetarian/Pescetarian options are available for those with special dietary needs.
Cost is only $35.00 per person.

Club elections at the fall meeting
Just a reminder that the fall General Membership Meeting will be this Sunday, October 30, 2022 to be held at the Como Lake Casino at 1 p.m. following the Cider Rides. The major order of business will be club elections. Every two years the club elects four officers and five other board members. The slate of candidates from the nominating committee, chaired by Mike Viggato, is below. Other nominations from the floor are permitted. Three other positions are appointed by the board: Webmaster, Membership, and a newly created position New Member Advocate. The Membership position remains vacant and we are looking for volunteers.
The nominated slate of candidates is Bradshaw Hovey, President; Brenda Fischer, Vice President; Mike Viggato, Treasurer; Michelle Bates, Secretary; and Jen Adolf, Jason Decker, Mike de Freitas, Liz Skelton, and Jim Turner Board Members. Appointed positions are Ron Penton, Webmaster; Alisa Mertens, New Member Advocate; and Membership (this could be you!)
